Head Unit Question

Alirhgt i recently bought a pioneer head unit from EBAY..it said included with everything and it came with one cord coming out of the back..a thick cord with many little wires in it/...what else do i need to hook this up?

an adaptor made for your car that plugs in. The adaptor should make it color coded so you just need to match up the wires twist them together (then soldering works the best i think) then use heat strink to cover the exposed wire.

Well i dont plan on installing it myself..and i was just wondering if what i have is like any other one..or am i missing anything?
