98 Accord code 1256

Hi there...I have a '98 Accord. Just had Autozone check the codes and it came up with P1456 and P1256. I guess 1456 is the gas cap which i find hard to believe since I usually tighten it pretty good. but I can find a good description of the 1256 code in all of the lists on this site....the numbers around it though (1257, 58, 59) say VTEC malf.

Any ideas??
