Headlamp malfunction

:banghead: Could really use some advice on this one. I have an 03 altima with standard halogen head lamps. I have a blown passenger side bulb and have replaced it now twice with new bulbs each time and I get nothing. After that I put a meter on the terminals and discovered no voltage. What is my next step? All other lights are working. Any advice is welcomed! Thanks.:banghead:

02-03 altimas have a recall for the headlight ground which they install akit to correct the problem,if you havent had this done it may be part of your problem.your local dealer can check for any outstanding campaigns or recalls
