Transmission swap for auto 95 240?

how much approx would it cost to get a trans swap from auto to manual?

btw, are the 95s hatchback? if not which years are?

hatchback came from 89-93 i belive, there was hatches and coupes those years bye the way...
for the cost are you counting labor, or are you doing it yourself...
i dont know what the labor will cost you but you will need new brake pedal assembly, clutch pedal assemly and resivor, clutch line, a clutch, the actual transmission etc...

well as in labor, i dont know much about cars, and im guessing some stuff may need to be fabricated too?

dam i really want a hatchback, but the non hatches look sooo much nicer

I think the only thing you need to fabricate are the pedals

the hatches probably have the least chasis rigidity out of all 240sx's but they are lighter than s14's...

hmmm, would transmission shops do this? like the fabrication?

would it look nice, and like a regular 5 spd 240?

you got finals too lol? you live in cali, cuz it's finals for most schools here and we got half days...

nah i live in missouri man, finals were last week, i did good on all the ones i thought would be hard, and i got like a c- on my spanish final, everything else i got A's on

its just a normal half day, does no one know the price?

speaking of which,finals suck ass. Second... theres a S13 chillin in a junkyard with a tranny, car has 163k on it, and it has the ka24de, its pretty stripped, but the tranny and engine are sitll there, im stealing the valve cover.... just an FYI for anyone in ca.

well it depends.. i don't know what he means by making it "look" like its 5 speed.. is this AFTER the swap?? (which by the way would cost you ballpark $1000 installed) the piece the shift boot is attached to in the s14 is a direct replacement i think.. junk yards are your best friend

like the console or just the piece that the boot attaches to?
