Fuse blown?? Please help

Ok, So I took apart the center consol today because a cd fell in the consol. I unplugged the cigarette lighter wire so I can remove the the center consol with the arm rest, but when I was putting everything back in I head the cigarette lighter wire pop when I was plugging it back in, I didn't think too much of it at the time. But when I went out tonight the cigarette plug is now not working and my SRS light is on. I'm thinking I blew a fuse, but would the blown fuse also trip my SRS light? Some help would be appreciated.

The lighter outlet could be a fuse, I don't know about the srs thing, you would have to get the code read (or unplug it).
