Replacement Driving/Fog Lights

I have a 2001 Durango SLT 4.7L V8 and want to replace damaged driving/fog lights. Does anyone know of a direct OEM replacement light and where to buy? Has anyone replaced theirs, having trouble getting mine out! Any advise on how to? Appreciate any comments.

The fog lights are mounted on a bracket. 2 bolts to each fog light on the top of the bracket. Tough gettin them out, tight fit.
