help!!! heater problems

I have a 96 GTP, and when i turn my heat on, no matter what setting it is in, the air would only blow out of the windshield defrost vent. Now when i turn it on , the air barely comes out anywhere, but you can hear the full blast noise..so i know its not the blower motor.....any suggestions?...ITS A DAMN COLD RIDE WITH FOGGY WINDOWS:(

There is a vacuum operated heater duct solenoid under the dash. It is possible that it has gone bad and is not selecting the proper duct for you. They are not hard to get to or are they hard to change.
