93 windshield wipers dont work

About a week ago I tried to use my windshield wipers and they didn't work. I don't thinks its the motor because the water that squirts out isn't working either and the motors not tring to make a sound so its not the bushings. I think its the switch. What do yall think?

My FSM shows a separate circuit breaker for the wiper/washer. Check it first.
