Paint scratches & swirl marks

I live in Canada and in my city two companies claim they can remove minor scratches and swirl marks from my car. Has anyone here heard anything positive or negative about Ming (Ming Mirror Finish) or Ziebart? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I decided to go to MIng and they used a process called the "Mirror Finish". The cars shines like glass now. From what I've heard they are reputable.:D
