Hello,
I recently put a system in my car but my sub makes the trunk vibrate a little when its on. Its not really bad but it bothers me (sounds cheap). I have heard that once you find your problem dynamat installed in the trunk helps and also improves sound. Is this true? Can I easily install it myself? Tips? Are there any other products that work well? Thank you.

Yes, any sound-deadening (like Dynamat, B-quiet, etc.) will fix any rattles as well as reducing panel resonance and reduce road noise.
It truly helps & improves sound. You can install it yourself if you have the right tools (ie. rolling pad...). Tips: Follow instructions! :D
