my father has a 98 Explorer, he is having trouble with the rear window washer, is their a remote reservior on this model? Thank You

According to my haynes they stopped using the remote reservoirs in 96'. It should be all in the sam reservoir in the engine compartment. If the front washer is working then there might be just something clogging the nozzle in the back. You can either just replace it or take it off and clean it with compressed air or by sticking a small needle through it. If that does not work then you might wnat to check the hoses. If the front is not working then it is probably the pump. Hope this helps.

I have a 97 Ezplorer and there is a tank in the jack storage area. The access to this is on the left rear pillar post under the rear hatch. There is a small rubber grommet that has a cap on it. Remove the cap and use a small funnel to fill the tank.
