I'm trying to figure out which direction to go with my rear brakes. If you recall, the right rear is squealing and the bottom caliper pin and bore were corroded. I was looking at isuzuparts.com and found a caliper overhaul kit for the rear disc brakes on my '97. The question is....
What is in the caliper overhaul kit?
I'm guessing a couple of o-rings for each bore, new caliper pins, and some grease? The price is $32 or so. This would be cheaper than laying out $140 something each for new calipers.

Are they made of gold or something?:evillol: I got a pair of rear calipers from Advance Auto with a lifetime warranty for ~$75 ea. (unloaded).

Ahh. Good to know. You can pay a few hundred a caliper for some fancy ones with yellow paint! Good as gold!
