Tips on coilover adjustments

I know I've been asking alot of questions lately, but this site is great for finding help. Anyway here goes. I installed some RK Sport Pro-Street Coilovers
(the full coilovers). And to be honest I installed them before fully understanding how they are best adjusted. I have them at a fairly high setting just so my ride height allows my bodykit to clear any major bumps. I've already lost one front bumper, I learned the first time the give and take between ride height and looks. Anyway my question is does anyone have any tips, web-sites, ect. to learn how to best adjust for cornering. I know the best way is to "weight" the corners on scales, but not having access to them, I'm just looking to better understand my adjustments. Any info is welcome. Thanks

Yea... when you lower them look at the CV shaft. If it is parallel to the ground. You are at the optimal drop for performance. Which in our car's case, its 1.4-1.5" of a drop from stock height. I am going to assume you AutoX? Also if you don't have a front anti-sway bar... get one. Thats about it.

Too lazy to edit post... but this is with the Eibach Prokit. -1.4" drop all the way around. This is where your car should sit when at the optimal height.

@Classicrocjunkie

Thanks so much for the tips, and the pic you posted. It really gave me a better idea seeing the pic. I wished I had a digi cam to post a pic of my current setup. Anyway, I have never AutoXed before, not much goes on in the little town of Lenoir, N.C. I know that suspension seems a little drastic for pretty much a daily driver car, but I just wanted to give the local HONDA fans (no offense to anyone) a run for their money. Show them that domestics still have some heart left. Anyway do you recommend strut bars front and rear or would that be overkill. Thanks again.

One more thing, about the 1.4-1.5 in. being the optimal drop, could you tell me the stock height on the 98 z24 so I can compare from there. Also how do you measure height, from the ground to what?

Extremely Sorry for all the questions, first time experience with all these performance parts, but loving the shit out of it.
