I have been going through the forum on window problems, but I am not sure on how to remove the right rear door panel. The right rear window will not go up unless I pull it up by hand and then activate the motor, which moves to the up postion but the window will fall down after a short while.:frown:

Hello
The best way to go about removing a door panel is to get the tool that removes the plastic darts they use to hold the panel on. (under 15.00)
First look for screws holding arm rests and pulls on. Next take the tool and lift the darts out of their holes. Work slowly and be patient. You do want evey thing looking the same when you get it back together. When I take something apart for the first time I remove what I can see holding it together and then gentely pry/lift and see what else is holding.
Regards
Dan

Here is a procedure I posted awhile back for a 2000 LeSabre...2001 should be the same...the procedure is about half-way down the post.
