Peugeot 206 2002 versions?

Was wondering what are the differences between these 2 Tamiya releases.

What I can see are different wheels, very slight decal (sponsor) changes, and the winning pose figures. Are there any other differences, like the interior? Are either of these supposed to be limited issue?

TAM24262 is a gravel-spec car, TAM24255 is asphalt. The ride height is very different, so the gravel kit gets different suspension, crossmembers, brakes and wheels. I think the front splitter (rubber strip on the bottom of the front bumper) is slightly different too?

Well in fact the kits are not as different as they should be. In real life the Tour de Corse car was an Evo2 whereas the New Zealand winner was an Evo3 . Tamiya changed the vents on the bonnet and added a few strakes on the rear wing but that is it.

As Gen X stated the wheels and suspension are different for gravel (NZ) and tarmac (TdC). The interior is identical (and wrong) for both kits. I think the TdC kit comes with seated figures and the NZ obviously with the celebrating crew (neither of whom look at all like Marcus or Timo!) Both are still quite readily available, not limited edition.
