There's a old timers fable that's a way to tell your voltage regulator is going bad. Never quite proved it tho.

Yeah, i also thought i was the only one having that problem. I mean you can literally see the damn meter move up and down, it's hiliarous. I need to fix my temp. guage. I can't find afemale unit to plug into the male unit thats inside the head. The wire was all burnt up and the female wasn't around when i got the car. Would a junkyard be my best bet.

Link just cut and splice a new pigtail, it's super easy, since I wasn't exactly sure what size, I just bought an assortmetn kit.
Oh, and if you haven't already done so, it's been a bit since you put your headers on, make sure the bolts haven't started walk'n on ya, I noticed mine did after I got it running.

ya i liked the stuff...i couldnt really tell if there was a performance gain but i dont see why there wouldnt be..the car idled smoother and it ran smoother also...and yes it doesnt heat up as fast as other stuff...but thats why they say its not that good for your car...because its meant for racing applications and it needs to be hot...or something of that nature

Yeah, i'll tighten up my bolts. I did so a couple days after the install of the headers, and yeah, they were walking. Thanks wrigthz28, thats what i was thinking in the 1st place.

Sorry, I have been meaning to post about this but kept getting sidetracked. When Igor was making changes to the database when members were editing, deleting and submitting posts. Strange things were happening such as threads like this where there is no first post or multiple posts and so on. Just letting you guys know but feel free to keep on discussing what you were.
