I've been really itching to build lately. As more Soarer sits and waits for completion, I went out and bought a few cheap kits at the local store. When I got home I ripped open the box like a small kid at Christmas, but once I got inside, it hit me. What am I going to do with this?

Here it is at it currently sits, it's Revell's EK Civic Hatchback. Nothing special, right? What can I do? I'm seriously lacking creativity! :banghead:

I was thinking perhaps do something like this, but I can't find enough reference for a racing-spec EK9.

Maybe work on something more inspiring to you than another civic. :dunno:
Like maybe that Ferrari F2001 mentioned in your sig. :)

A Scale Motorsports package for the F1 should be in the mail. Along with some nifty decals and two other kits. ;)

Yea, Cham has a very great idea. I did this with my S15. The weathering technique is very very fun!

crashing the model is fun but building them to look nice is hard :icon16:

Build it into a rally car.
Or trash an airplane kit and put jet engines in the back. :icon16:

Lift it, add flower decals, and make it into a beach buggy with girls in bikinis hanging out of the sunroof and surfboards sticking out of the hatch.

I would build it like a muscle car. Big V8 engine with chrome rims and much chromeparts. But I like Merkava's idea too.
