Sony Head Unit

Hello everyone

I have a question which has really got me stumped :eek:. What is the difference between CDX-GT300 and CDX-GT300s?. They are both sony models. I have emailed sony and asked them about this but no reply from them. This was last month. Even on their websites there is no mention of it. Ill appreciate if any of you can tell me the difference.

The only difference is usually the color of the buttons or display.

But i would not recommand buying a sony HU. Had one and it started to mess up after like a year.(All the buttons didn't work or did different things they weren't supposed to) I'd go with alpine or pioneer. But its your choice. If you buy one get a warranty.

Thanks for the reply. I have decided to go with that Alpine. Im getting an Alpine HU cda-9851 from a mate. But he is only selling the HU. Not the 'back part' on which the HU sticks to. Where can i get that and is it cheap? I dont even know what its called othewise i would search for it.

are you talking about the wires? its call a wiring harness
