99 Continental hard to start

I have a 99 Continental with 76,000 miles. when the engine is cold I have to give it gas so it will start. If I don't I have to hold down the starter for at least ten seconds before it will stay running. It never did this before. been going on for about two months. Any ideas? thanks:banghead:
