My names Darren (Duh). I'm 36 years old and live in the Rochester, NY area. I live here with my wife (34), step-daughter Pam (17), oldest son David (13) and youngest son Dylan (5). We have two dogs that are both 2 years old. One is a Siberian Husky and the other is a Black Lab. Both are a pain in my you know what.
I have only been in NY for one and a half years. We all originally come from Joliet, IL which is just south of Chicago. Needless to say I have spent lots of time at the famous Rt. 66 Speedway. It cost $35 to run your car on TnT and maybe you get 3 runs in (some nights only 2). Now I go to New York International Raceway and get anywhere from 4-10 runs in for $12. I am one happy camper now!
I own a 1999 Firebird Formula. It's white with T-tops, Blue rally bird racing kit, A4, 3.23 gears and 100% bone stock! Don't worry about the noise, I must have an exhaust leak before the muffler :iceslolan And if you're wondering why it takes so much gas to get moving then all I can say is maybe I have a slipping torque converter :naughty:
My only real hobbies are Fishing/boating on lake Ontario, Drag racing and car forums. I am a member of LS1tech, camaroz28, clubrsx, stangnet, srtforums, ect. I also play alot of texas holdem online but usually just for play money. I got married and have kids so I figure that's enough gambling for one lifetime

My name is Bill, 41, from Michigan. I have a 1983 Trans Am that I've had since 1985. The original 5.0 had 250,000 miles when "retired", it now has a crate 350, still running the original Crossfire Injection. I rebuilt the trans myself with a "Mr. Shift" shift correction kit. The body is in need of a little TLC, but is still in decent shape. My every day driver is a 98 Blazer. I used to work as a heavy repair tech at a Buick dealer but I am now a firefighter.

Hi, my name is nick rigsby… I live in grove city, ohio aka as grove ‘tucky… I am 17 years old and turning 18 on Feb 4th… I am in high school going to a technical high school for automotive technology I recently got a 1989 firebird… I traded it for my v6 79’ Malibu… it has a gm 350 crate in it and I am doing a tranny swap so I can get it up and runnin… here’s the deal it had a 5 liter in it with I think a 700R tranny… the guy took all the fuel injection out and computer controlled stuff out and put a 350 small block with a 350 turbo in it… it needed a conversion kit for a bar that goes from the tranny to the rear end, well I bought it and tried to install it and it wouldn’t fit… I called the guy up and he said it was a long shaft tranny and I probably need a short shaft so I am getting my dads short shaft 350 tranny and doing a tranny swap the weekend after the super bowl… and I will have pictures soon

Well I guess I can introduce myself over here. My name is Jeremy I am 18 just graduated highschool in June 2005. I use to own a 94 Camaro V6 and as of 2 weekends ago traded that in for my 94 Trans Am. I don't have a lot of plans for this car, the final hp rating that I want to have is 450hp in the motor so that its still streetable.

i've made a few posts here already, but i guess i never really introduced myself, my real name is justin, my internet name is Fuzzy_Cabins (got it off a free aol card that came with my computer...) i'm from alberta, canada, i work in a shop doing a bunch of different stuff, welding, auto mechanics, heavy duty mechanics, etc. i race every time i get the chance, and make a point of destroying every import i see.
i drive a 1980 trans am that also has some interesting nick names, my friend dubbed it the mustang killer, and my ex-girlfriend called it the import eater. it's got 70,000 miles on it, and has a new 301 in it with only 12,000 miles, and i'm building a 455 for it. i've spent around $3000 on suspension, steering, tires and other running gear, just getting the car ready for a 455, and then comes the body work...
i put everything i got into my car, if somebody offered me a brand new ferrari tomorrow for my car, i'd tell'em to screw off :)

Hi Everybody,
My name is Pete, I've been on this board before, but I've been away for a bit. Anyhow, currently live in the DC area, but I am from outside of Philly. I have an 89 GTA that is currently awaiting an engine rebuild. It's been sitting for a while, beacuse college makes you broke, but I almost have all the money together and I am hoping this bird will rise again.

Well, it's dead in the Camaro forum so thought I'd drop by and finally check out the forum for the sister f-bodies. Tell you the truth I think I'm gonna trade my camaro for a firebird now, this is where all the Illinois people are, plus there's people here older than me for once
Any way, I'm Dylan in Brookfield, IL, 31, married and 2 additional tax exemptions, I mean kids. Went to Lincoln Tech 2001-2003 and still in the hole 13 grand for student loans and nothing to show for it after graduating top of the class (salty? nah).
So that's that, and I don't now about Kasey and Ellie but I'm a drunk, alcoholics take courses. Actually have a pretty good hangover at the current moment too
