Yup, just take off any edges on the inside that may slow down airflow. I think I've heard theres a little lip in the n/t tb's. I'd grind it off if its there. Be careful not to grind off too much and make it too thin or put a hole in it though... That would be very bad. lol

Actually, you can now change skins between traditional colors and lighter colors... I'm hoping it goes another step and we can customize our own colors for each user.

For a true bored TB, you need a new flapper also. The TB gets bored all the way through at what ever size, then a large flapper gets placed in. The dremeling the lips do work too, but one all the way through will provide quite a bit more air flow.

It all depends on the other supporting mods. Looking at what you have or will have, it could get you as much as 7-8 hp.

Knife edge the lip, then work back toward the plate. It should look like a funnel when you get done (air velocity increases in a funnel). It is too late for me to go out to the shop and take pics, sorry :( . You can also pick up a few cfm by doing the half-shaft mod. It's an old carburetor trick, but it will work on your throttle body. Google it.
p.s. WTF is wrong with this forum? I tried to post this like 4 times last night.
