98 Chevy Blazer electrical problems

Yesterday 3 things happened at once, my rear window wiper quit working, my accessories(as in i noticed the radio) stopped working as soon as i shut my car off instead of staying on for 20 minutes or until i open the door, and the electronic controlled door locks will not lock the drivers door while the car is running. It acts as if the car is off and i have left the keys in it and tried to lock it. I've checked almost every fuse and found none of them blown. not the RAR, none . Any suggestions?

Well i guess that it was temporary or it will become intermittent because all three started to work while at lunch today. :banghead:
