stupid question

As you all know i live in Poland. I was making a model lately and did the paint. After a week the paint cracked up (clearcoat). Had to tear it off and do a new paintjob. Primed it, black, and color, and new clearcoat, after 10 hrs i picked it up and paint was just sliding off. I tested the paint somewere else and it appeared the clear reacted with primer and maked it "gelly". So I bought tamiya pearl to cover it this time, and the mot******ker costs like 10$ for 100ml. How much does it cost in the States???

I checked Tamiya's site and the paint here runs from $5.50 to $6.00. Even if you do get them from the States, I'd bet the shipping will be well over what you paid for.

Yes they are alot cheeper than over in poland.. I dont know if you have heard of this company.. but "Dupli Color" They sell this clearcoat that is made for trucks, vans and SUV's and I have had nothing but good luck with this clear coat.. it goes on very smooth.. and doesnt have a bad reaction to any kind of paint that i Have tested on ( testors, tamiya, model masters, HOK ) to name a few.. here is a picture of how it turns out.. ( FYI.. The clear on this car was completly dry to the touch but still looked wet) Hope this helps you out! sorry I didnt reply sooner!
