The Heat/AC/etc.. motor squeaks when running it on low, but on any speed above medium it's not noticeable. Anyone know of anything I can do to fix it?

Take it apart and clean inside. I found leaves and twigs in mine! It's quiet now.

If it's a sharp, metallic squeak, then replace it....it's easier.

Ford has a Technical Service Bulletin for this. I don't know where my copy of it is, but Edmunds.com says this was covered in Bulletin # 97610 issued in March of 1997. I'm assuming a local Ford garage should have this available for you to read, especially if they want to sell you the parts listed in it.

As I recall, there were three components to buy. An extension for the wiring harness, a plastic baffle that somehow encloses the blower motor and traps the noise and a metal flange to distribute the weight of the blower motor across the plastic baffle.

I ended up buying these items. I think I bought a new blower motor too. I couldn't get the old motor lubed enough to quiet it down.
