so i'm on the phone with someone right now and they're eating pizza..really loudly right in the phone. and telling me how delicious it is and blah blah blah. which is just gross. i called you to talk to you, not listen to you eat. i never do that, idk about the rest of you, but it's disgusting to listen to you chew on the phone. same goes for people who go to the bathroom while talking to you on the phone. just don't do it

Yeah thats just rude to eat while your on the phone, you have one mouth decide if you want to eat or talk and just stick to that. The bathroom thing kinda wierds me out too, my ex does that all the time when im on the phone with her, we will just be talking then ill hear the toilet flush, im like what the hell?

Be glad the flush is the only thing you hear, it could be worse.

I don't know about that. I think it would be more disturbing if while you heard the toilet flush you could hear them eating at the same time!

i hate hearing people eating, i dont use the phone so that on the phone isn't a problem. i mean the slurping an shit is rank. if the food's too hot let it cool down, why eat it if its too hot? it actually makes me feel sick.

actually i always shout at people if they eat with their mouth open, i dont want to see you chewing your food with your mouth open. consider that maybe the rest of us dont want to puke during our meal.

in that case, it probably wouldn't be a good idea for you to give me your number. i'm one of those people who leaves really long messages and will have a conversation with your voicemail. i think my record was like 18 minutes. :uhoh: i had a lot to say, can't help it...

I try not to stay on the phone much. I really dont have much to say to anyone. Some people I can talk for hours with but thats rare. Longest i've stayed on the phone and that was 2 hours with a friend i havent heard from in months.

I talked to my brother in Iraq this morning. We are pretty close and haven't talked to or seen each other in months. We talked for at least 10 minutes. That is as long as either one of us can stand to talk on the phone.

My usual phone calls last about 5 minutes, and thats a long one while having a smoke.

my record for a phone convo was around 8-9 hours from about 11pm til 8-9am. That was back in HS, lately longest is about an hour. Only with the GF.

4-5 hours for me, only call/talk long with my gf. With anyone else will last about 2-5mins.. and I hate leaving voice mail.. feels like Im talking to myself
