Is this a G sighting??

I tone photos for the local newspaper, and this one about the current drought in New Mexico caught my eye. Isn't that a G in the background? This is off the Associated Press, and is running in our paper tomorrow. :)

Hey Boingo82 and saturntangerine, could it be possible that pic may be a 3 series bimmer? ( Yep, the competition ). Looks like left rear bumper side has tail pipe opening, isn't p10's tail pipe on right side?:)

That's why I asked: it looks like the tailpipe's on the wrong side, and it looks like the taillights have red on the bottom instead of the top. But it sure looks p10-ish.

Sadly, the pic quality sucks on my iMac so I can't even make out where the exhaust is :o

volvo 850....

I can tell you that the car is not a P10, the amber is on the top on the P10s, that one has it at the bottom. Its not a P11, beacause P11s never had unpainted bumper parts, its also not a 3 series because 3 series did not have a 3rd brake light in the deck lid.

Kind of hard to tell if third brake light is coming from deck lid or seems like it is a spoiler. Tail lights are angled similar to early-mid 90's 3 series bmw and they also had black stripe across. Then again.....does resemble Volvo S40. That's what they're called in Canada at least.

Oh yeah!!! There is a tail pipe on that thing!!!!!!!! And, yes, yes I do believe it is on the wrong side to be a P10. Excuse my ignorance (for having a macintosh) :o

I dont think its a 850 because they have there turn signal inbetween the two red stop lights where as that signal appears to be at the very bottom.

Speaking of similar taillights, I wonder if I can somehow fit the Saab 9-5 taillights onto my P10. They have a very similar shape, but the top is clear insted of yellow...:D

OK, well with the non-focus and all it looked P10ish. A day or two ago I actually SAW one of these "Volvos" and I have to agree that is what it is.
