my 1996 lumina has an intermittent starting problem.Sometimes the fuel pump won,t come on when the key is turned. I have replaced the pump, pump relay, and oil pressure switch for pump relay. Still does this intermittently. Help!!! any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums. Does your security light come on when it wont start? If so, then you may have a problem with the passkey system. If your key is one that has a resistor in it, try cleaning the contact strip in the resistor. If that doesn't work try a key re-learn. Put the key in, turn the ignition to run position (but don't attempt to start), and leave it that way for an hour. Turn the ignition off and then try starting the car.
