Problem

Hi, theres something wrong with my '91 AWD. The steering is terrible all the sudden, at lower speeds I have to turn the wheel quite a bit for it to turn properly(major understeer), and at higher speeds 50mph+ if I swerve back and forth, it feels like im gonna lose control. Any ideas?

Not saying that your are stupid in any way, but have you checked your power steering fluid. If low add and then start motor and turn the wheels both ways multiple times and check the fluid again with the motor off. Repeat until full. check a week later and if still having the same problem look into a new PSP.

I only know this cause I had a similar problem.

Thanks, I'll check that out. I was also thinking it might have something to do with the front differential, although I havent heard of the front diff. going out.
Ill keep you posted.

The front diff shouldnt have anything to do with it, as far as I know and keep in mind I have an RS fwd, they arent connected
