Holy lack of punctuation Batman!

The first thing you should do is get a metal head gasket. The stock head gasket is prone to blowing. The second place to spend money is in a turbo upgrade. Along with your turbo you will need fuel mods, and some sort of piggy back controller. You should also get a nice FMIC at the same time. After you have upgraded the turbo then you can look into items such as intake, exhaust, BOV, etc.The only reason to get a new BOV is if you have upgraded your turbo system and are running more pressure than your stock unit can handle. Things like intake and exhaust systems do very little to boost power output. They are more for fine tuning your power band. Intakes are pretty, shiny and nice to look at, but that is about it. Cat back exhaust systems are more for making a nice sound than actual performance. The manifold will have the biggest impact on performance.

You did not mention your performance goals. Since you are going to use it as a daily driver I would recommend getting the car in good running order before considering any modifications. Get your body damage and rust taken care of.
