93 Gc Power window problems

Ok, The rear driver window goes down from the front and back swithch, wont go up from either switches, the rear passenger window dosn't work at all from any of the switches. the driver window goes down and up only when it wants to. the passenger window is the same goes down no problem but up when it wants to... I have no idea what to check, all the window motors do work however, I tested each one manualy, also cleaned each switch out.

check the actual wires before you go replacing window motors, etc.

The drivers door wires (accessable through the rubber sleeve shielding them when you open the door.

There is a black wire if i remember correctly (the ground wire) that likes to break. You can easily splice it and fix it to work again.

I had this same issue and after taking off the rubber sleeve between the drivers door and the body I found many broken and stripped wires. After soldering them back together all windows are working great!

I still really havnt had a chance to look into it yet, I will hopefully this weekend, thanks
