so what i think we should do is have 3 links added under 'important' contest guidlines, unmodded of the month, and modded of the month. well contest guidlines should definatly go under important but should the other ones also or should it be a seperate thread that we just add the month and year to such as Contes Modded March 06? or what. like how do we get something added as 'important'

The guidelines will definitely be stickied and when the time comes for the polls then it will also be put under a temp. sticky. The winners will be archived as a sticky too. :)
