Nope there is nothing strange about it at all in fact I bet it was one of the first cars sold. It’s common in the car world, its how car companies compete with one another. Buy a car designed by the competition and build something to out do it. Its why the 01 Z06 out did the 2000 Cobra R. The Camaro will not be out done by a Mustang. They already one upped it in the suspension department thanks to the platform it will use.
