ecu blinking 3 times

i know thiat the forum already says the codes but mine is different it blinks once for about a second and then blinks three more times but faster and then repetes. can you guys help me its a 90 zc ecu

well since it is like morse code that is 1 which means 10 and 3 short which just means 3, so add it up and you have code 13. Check these links out...

yeah sounds like code 13..atmospheric pressure.

yea but would this effect the car turning over or starting? because my zc civic is not starting.
