nope just a jack and a socket...dont remember what size....just put the jack on th tranny and jack it up just enough so its off of the mount then you take the mount out and reverse the process to put it back in....on my car i ended up taking the whole crossmember off which wasnt bad at all....i dont know if you will need to do that or not.but its pretty simple...

Yes, its pretty simple and sometimes if the bolts to the tranny are on there real good, like mine where you do need to remove the crossmember but in most cases you can get them off with a standard open end wrench.

ya, it is kinda rusty under there, so i will soak the bolts and see what happens, i am going to put a polyurithin mount on there. And i had one more question, when you replace it, is it only the rubber insert? or is it the hole metal peice?

whole piece between the tranny and the crossmember. dont forget to put a piece of wood across the tranny pan before you put the jack under it.
