Window issue

Hey everyone,
I drive a '99 V6 coupe Alero GLX and on occasion my driver's side window decides that it does not want to operate. Often it will not work in the morning but when i get in later in the day it will. If anybody has any insight into my problem your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Possably a moter or a bad connection or bad ground.
