01 turn signal flasher?

the front one work but the rear does not. thought it was the bulb but it is the same bulb as the tail lights. looked in the fuse box but no flasher.

There's more than 1 bulb at the rear for the turn signal. Are both sides at the rear not flashing?
Also you could have a good bulb but a bad socket
