94 Regal Won't turn over

I have a 94 Buick Regal. It was starting and running fine and my wife turned off the ignition and now it won't crank over. It is not getting a signal to the starter solenoid. I have traced the wire from the ignition to an anti-theft relay and it is working through there. I am losing the signal between the anti theft relay and the transmission neutral switch. I have started removing the dash which is a chore. Was wondering if any one has had a similar problem and could give me some advice. I think it has an anti-theft module after the anti-theft relay with a yellow wire with a black stripe but haven't found it yet. If anyone knows how to bypass this system let me know. Thanks. Billy

If the security lite on the dash stays on, try leaving the key on for 10-15 minutes, turn off and try to start. Also try a second chip key if you have one, if this doesn't work.

Thanks maxwedge. I will try this and see what happens.

There is no security light that is on or comes on. I am hoping there is a way to bypass the theft deterrent system. The keys with the chips shows the right amount of ohmns. I am not getting a signal to the starter or to the injectors. I need a good electrical schematic to see exactly where and what is on the circuit from the key to the starter.

Under the steering column there are two small sized wires with an orange cover on them. I unplugged them and put a resistor with the same resistance as the key chip and the Regal cranks and runs fine now. The tumbler must have malfunctioned and not let the key chip resistance tell the module to fire the injectors and starter. Any way it cranks and runs and hope this will help someone.
