Hey just wondering what info. you guys could give me on the differences between these three spings.....I know the Intrax give a slightly bigger drop (1.7") than the other two. Is there anything else you can tell me, ride quality, stiffness, bounciness???

thanx

ryan

Ryan,
I think you made a mistake on your reply. you said you wanted info on spring springs, but i think you meant sprint springs. Anyways, sprint springs will give you an even 2" drop on the front and rear. They look pretty good and they are going for $160 to $180. If you want to get them cheapper you should try to get a group deal on them. I belive [email protected] is doing a group deal on them. :bandit: Yeah, they do sound pretty cheap and nice...but i wonder how they handle???????

I have the Tokico/Intrax set up and love it. I have read posts since getting them stating that in the past the Tokicos have failed prematurely (around 10k miles.) I have also read that supposedly Tokico addressed the prob. and revalved their Maxima struts. I think I got mine late enough to have gotten revalved ones if they actually made them. In any event I am very happy with the handling of my car. Anything is better than stock. It would appear that most people like a brand called KYB or something like that. It also looks like a lot of people now go with Sprint/Koni or HRs. Hope this helps. Check out the forums at Maxima.org and do a search there.

I have Eibach/Toks on one of my 7s and they kick ass, but I like my racing beat/AGXs better....

I had Eibachs on my car the ride was great but that nasty fenderwell gap was not. Sprints were not out yet so I got Intrax. Just lost a bit of the ride quality but other then that I like them better then the Eibachs. I am not downing Eibachs but I wouldnt pay $275.00 for Eibachs if I can get some intrax for 189.99 from summit racing or some sprints for about 145.00 shipped from southwestautoworks.com. On that same note if you have Koni adj there you can adjust them for a smooth ride.
