I have a 97 Z28 that needs the lower control arm bushings replaced and I had a few questions. Should I do both side of the car while I have it in the shop. Also, I have been looking at replacement bushings, do you guys recommend any specific brands. I am looking for the poly bushings. So far from web surfing, I have found these 2 parts:

http://www.spohn.net/product.cfm?productid=1401 -what would come in a complete kit? I am new to this so pardon the question if it seems stupid.
If you guys/gals could recommend something that would be great. A weblink would be awesome so I could read up on it. Thanks in advance.

in my experience...
whenever i did a bushing job, i always replaced both sides. usually on a car, your going to replace 2 things if something goes bad sometimes. such as calipers, brake pads, wheel cylinders, rotors, and almost any suspension part. so id replace both, and while the tech has it all up on stands and is replacing those bushings, id look into replacing ALL bushings, and also look into tie rod ends.
and align the thing too :D

energy suspension is the brand you want to look for. www.jegs.com (http://www.jegs.com) will also have those. spohn is a good source though. It should tell you what all comes in the kit.
