sir front clips from japan question

i was wondering about the emissions on these front clips they sell from sir civics that they ship over here to sell. i was wondering if the emissions on them are straight or will i have to modify the emissions to pass state testing(n.c./tx) i just got to thinking about this and its bothering me. also is there anything i need to know about these clips when they are purchased. i am entertaining the thought of making the car rhd if i get a good enough front clip. any advice is appreciated

Emissions could be a problem with the jdm engine swaps, but there are ways around it. Search over at www.honda-tech.com (http://www.honda-tech.com) and you'll find a thread about it. And you'll need more than just a front clip to turn your car into a RWD (or did you mean rHd?).

That's ok, I was drunk when I responded :D If you're really considering doing the rhd conversion, you should talk to E.Honda; he's probably done or almost done with it.
