Headlight Problem

hey the passenger side headlamp on my 2000 gxe has burned out twice in the past 2 weeks. the o-rings on the bulbs have been fine and there's no condensation in the assembly, that i have seen. both times the bulb has burned out has been right after a heavy rain. ive narrowed it down to probably a wiring problem but im no expert. any help is greatly appreciated!
