03 Sunfire Headlight wiring problems

I have done some reading and this seems to be a common problem. (the lights click 8-10 times and then service light comes on) I have had my car to GM Dealerships over 5 times to have this repaired. They always show code N6612 on the work orders. Just wondering how others have had this repaired, as my car is coming out of warrenty and I would like this fixed properly. I should mention that after GM fixed it last time the display on my radio stopped working. Any suggestions on this would be great.

Since dealership, and under warranty, demand fixed, if they say they did and since it doesn't just make a freindly call to GM directly and file a complaint about dealership.

Also tell them they damage radio and you are looking at them to fix as well.

There can only be 5 issues with headlights:

1) bulbs ( filiment )
2) Relay on bumper
3) Relay on clusted ( dash )
4) Wiring short
5) bad ground

Since you say works 8-10 times after dealership , would tend to be a short or overload causing it.
