1987 camaro fog lite problem

tested the fog lites both are working when i jump the wire to them .no power to the switch when i checked it with the h/lites on ,checked on high and low beam .any idea ?? can anyone tell me where the relay is located at .?? thks

I have an 85 and mine doesn't have a relay for the driving lights...Also have a 91 Firebird and it does have a relay...it is up under the dash on the driver side.
