What would be the best way of getting a silver window tint, looked at film, but its a lot of money for what I need, can you get decals or a clear silver paint?
I've tried the search option, but I couldn't find anything.
Thanks for any suggestions.

I read somewhere about using ALCLAD II Chrome on the inside of the windows to get a graduated tint from top to bottom, I've got the article somewhere, I'll try and find it and scan it for you.

As A Former Window Tinter, I'll Tell You The Best Way I Know.
Go And Visit Your Local Tint Shop,Ask If They Have Any Scraps That You Could Have.
Most Shops Will Happily Give You Some Tint Scraps. It's Really Easey,
Once You Get The Hang Of It Nothing Looks More "Real" Than The Real Thing
I've Been Thinking About Doing A "Tinting How To" If Anyone Has Any Questions P/M Me

This was first discovered by Veyron, and I borrowed the idea lock, stock, and barrel for the article that covered the build of this Celica in Scale Auto.
If you have an airbrush and Alclad Chrome, it's pretty easy. You have to do everything backwards, and apply the black mask/surround on the glass first. Then mask the window areas you don't want to paint, then very lightly apply the Alclad inside the glass..it goes in microscopically. A gradation is pretty easy. Then you seal it w/some smoke tint on top of the chrome. It's pretty easy. Remove masking and you should be done. From inside the car you can see out.
Here's an example. It looks better in person than in these pics.
