Which is a better header in terms of durability and life becuase the weapon r is a bit more expensive but offers a lifetime warranty while the pacesetter with the armor coat only has a 3 yr warranty. Also, which will be easier to install and be an overall better bet for the 2.4L?

Ive yet do deal with any of the weapon r products besides their craptacular intakes but I have done alot with pacesetter headers and would recomened them to anyone.

Thing you need to ask yourself is why would they need to give you a lifetime warranty. Ive never liked anything with a lifetime warranty. All that is is a technically written piece of paper that says are shit is going to break have a warranty.

Weapon R used Pacesetter's old design for their header. Its a good header but the O2 bung is not in a good place for an accurate reading. If i recall correctly its only reading off 1 or 2 cylanders. Pacesetter has since relocated the bung to the down pipe to read all 4 cylanders and patended their product. Weapon R uses a Stainless steel tubing, but its not the best quality in the world. Honestly i would just go with the Pacesetter one, because if you watch the GP section of www.j-body.org there are group purchases on them and you can get a killer deal on a ceramic coated one. I got mine for $220 shipped! But the choice is yours, i've been around for some time on both forums and that was one thing i picked up knowledge wise.
