Fuel Line Pressure - Best test point(s)?

After reading many posts about the Fuel Pump and the Fuel Lines,
I am wondering which Fuel Line would be the best to examine.
I am of the opinion that it might behoove me (where did behoove come
from!?) to "Tee" into the Fuel Input line (going into the front of the
TB), obtain the Fuel Pressure....and then - "Tee" into the Fuel
Return line (comming out of the right side of the TB) to see if the
Fuel Pressure is still high at that point....
Sound reasonable?
I was reading thru the Chilton Manual again today (my new hobby!)
and came across something about the fuel pressure.
The Chilton Manual says (p 5-8) that the FPR should maintain about
11 PSI thru the Injector. The Fuel Pump should maintain 10 - 13 PSI
according to Chilton (same page).
Is Leon right - 16 - 23 PSI pressure?
Where did you get this number from Leon?
So the Fuel Pressure varies depending on where you look. You can't
really measure it in very many places - no access.

Well DoctorBill
Mr haynes Will lie to you.
He uses a fit all specs. 10-13 is standard for gm tbi fuel pressure specs.
Fuel pressure specs are 23-30 key on engine off for the 93 metro.
I do not find any engine running specs on the 93 but on a 95 engine idle is 13-20. and hold 13 lbs engine off ign on.
