limp mode probs for the sixth time

Someone Please help
IHAVE A 98 SEBRING LXI AAND IT KEEPS GOING INTO LIMP MODE. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO A MECHANIC SIX TIMES. I HAVE TO KEEP PAYING 45. TO GET MY CODES CLEARD. IVE CHANGED THE VSS (INPUT/OUTPUT) , CHANGED THE SOLENOID PACK. THEY RAN A JUMPER WIRE TO THE TANS RELAY. IT IS THROWING THE CODE FOR TRANSAXLE CIRCUIT I GUESS AND NO SIGNAL FROM TCM.

Look for broken wires in the harness aalong the frt of the transmission pan and across the top of the tranny, common places for them tobreak, as well switch the tcm relay with another one in the fuse panel
