92 Marquis

Replaced the transmission pump because it was noisy,(not electronic transmission) now it shifts very late. After one mile test driving pump is noisy again .
Cleaned valve body and rechecked all connections and adjustments.

Still has the same two problems.

Please, does anyone have any ideas?
