3.3 or not???

i have a 1993 Grand Am GT sedan (four door) and the motor sez 3300 on the top... well i am told that it isnt a 3.3 so can neone clear this up for me

hey 1993GAG.T. If it says 3300 on the top of the intake then its a 3.3liter v6. Why would someone tell you its not? Someones yanking your chain! Lol!

I've had a few of those 3.3's and they are good engines, better than the new 3.4s.

As a 93 GAGT owner i can assure you it is a 3.3L V6
The 3.3L was used in the 1992 and 1993 production years.

Btw the 3.3L was actually used till the late 90's in Cutlass Cieras. Even though it was an Olds motor instead of the Pontiac, they are the same . Different sensors and electronic stuff.
