courtesy lights won't turn off

I have a 97 Bonneville SE with the delayed timer feature on the
courtesy lights. The problem is that they won't turn off unless
the car is left for 10 minutes as if a door was left open. I replaced
the headlight switch and that had no effect. Anyone else have this
problem? I also checked the door switches and all doors seem fine.
Is there a relay that might be bad?? or maybe the control module?
Also about at the same time the power trunk switch in the drivers
door stopped working, but it still works with the remote.
